If you have Cable or
DSL internet service and it is working, we can fix many problems remotely. We
will ask you to install a small program that is 100% secure. The program
will generate an access code that is good for one session only and the program
can be un-installed after we are through. Our Technician will "take over" your desktop and
he can then fix many problems that do not require us to be on-site. You can
see your cursor move, windows opening and closing, and ask questions during the whole process. We will
be working together with
you over the phone or if you wish, you can walk away and we will call you when we are
done. In any case that we are not successful we will credit you
for the full amount charged and apply it towards your next scheduled on-site "House
Call".
How can you go wrong?
We charge $39.95
for this service. There is no set time limit but please allow at least 30
minutes for this service to complete. We accept
all Major Credit
or Debit Cards. Please click the

old-fashioned solution in today's high-tech
world
Have you ever called a manufacturer's help line? Be sure you have set aside time, as it typically takes 10 to 20 minutes of menu selections and waiting
in order to reach a human being. Then, good luck. Don't
think of throwing your monitor out a window, call us. We have
reasonable rates and do not charge if we cannot diagnose your problem. 6-12-98
Most
repairs and service can be done at the client location. However, there are
occasions where this is not feasible and we will have to take the system back to
our shop for service. If you would prefer that we service your system at our
location we will pick it up and deliver it back to you, usually within two days
(dependent upon parts availability and work load). If you wish to drop your
system off at our location that can also be arranged.

extensive training program at our Technical Center Campus located in
Massachusetts and an on-the-road apprentice training program. They also
must have completed the requirements to be recognized as
Certified Professionals by CompTIA© and/or Microsoft©.
